Reflecting on the Desjardins Excellence Gala

As March came to a close, I had one of those rare, pause-worthy moments — the kind that makes you stop, take a deep breath, and reflect on the journey that brought you here.

At the Desjardins Excellence Gala, I was incredibly honoured to receive the award for the Top Increase in 2024 (compared to 2023) across all of Quebec.

To be recognized in a room full of such driven, hardworking, and talented professionals was both humbling and deeply meaningful. It's a moment I won’t forget — not because of the title or the trophy, but because of what it represents.

This award isn’t just about numbers. It’s a reflection of the trust our clients place in us, the partnerships we’ve nurtured, and the resilience we’ve built, together, through every twist and turn the market has thrown our way.

There have been early mornings, tough decisions, and plenty of learning curves. But more than anything, there’s been a steady rhythm of showing up — with heart, with intention, and with the belief that the work we’re doing matters.
